The current Honorable Prime Minister of the People's Republic of Bangladesh has given special importance to this sector for the implementation of the Digital Bangladesh vision in conjunction with the announcement of the Rupokalpa 2021. The government has ensured corporate support for the extensive use and application of information and communication technology at the district, upazila, and union levels. The aim is to provide the benefits of information and communication technology to the grassroots level, ensure infrastructure security, surveillance, implementation, expansion, quality control, and the development of computer skills of professionals to ensure e-service delivery across the country. To achieve this goal, the Information and Communication Technology Department was formed on July 31, 2013
